Fly a Kite

Design, Fabrication, and Text by Lisa Vogt

Fused and slumped glass kites decorated with beach and meadow themes. Design pieces are cut from fusible sheet glass and glued to the base glass. A metal frame is added to give the kites support and add the tail to give them the appearance of flying. Firing schedules are included.
