Garden Light

Design by Karen K. Seymour
Instructions for applying stained glass as a mosaic appliqué to glass household objects. Tips for selecting appropriate foundations for projects, such as glass jars or glass-topped patio tables, plus techniques for adapting patterns to different sizes and determining the best cuts for the glass appliqué pieces are provided. The design pieces are glued onto the foundational piece and then finished by applying grout. Suggestions are included for creating bird feeders, patio tables, lanterns, and personalized plaques.
