An 18" x 20" mosaic-framed mirror with precut Garden Elegance star, pelican, and anchor accents. Blue, white, and other colors are used to fill in the mosaic design and are a great way to make use of scraps of glass that have been collecting in your shop. DiamondCRETE™ finishes off this project.
