Design, Fabrication, and Text by Chantal Paré

This 16-1/2” round design is a stylized mimosa flower done in Gothic style. Pieces are painted with black paint which is then fired onto the glass. Technical tips are included to help ensure success with painting techniques. The project is completed with copper foil construction techniques. Firing schedules for setting the painted mattes are provided.
