A 7‑1/2" x 13" panel featuring a stunning sea horse and his underwater habitat. Iridescent glass for the fish and the panel background adds sparkle. Cabochons and faceted jewels are used for the bubbles to add interest to the scene. This project was constructed using the copper foil technique.
