Design, Fabrication, and Text by Carrie Strope
A 10" round mosaic design created using 1" x 4" tiles surrounding a 4" diameter mirror. Smaller nipped glass pieces are used for the mirror border. To finish, the mirror and stained glass pieces are glued and heat-set onto an MDF board substrate before grouting the design. This project was constructed using the copper foil technique.
