Artist Carol Troendle’s color choices are always superb, and they really shine in this design made from a pattern by Mary Harris Studios. Called The Branch, the image portrays a maple tree branch with colorful fall leaves in a night sky, with the full moon as a backdrop. Both Youghiogheny Opalescent Glass Company and Wissmach Glass Co. are featured in this project for maximum effect. For best results, Canfield 60/40 solder and Canfield Copper Mate ® Flux should be used. The finished piece measures 20-1/4” x 13-1/2”, including the zinc framing.
