A 12" x 12" fused plate with glowing skull. This fused and slumped project, which makes a great addition to Halloween decor, is created using black iridescent glass for the base, clear for the sealing layer, and glow-in-the-dark powder for the skull design. A schedule for fusing and slumping the plate are included.
