An 8" × 7-1/2" stars-and-stripes heart project made from a precut kit. This suncatcher is perfect for beginners and displays a dark blue circle with large white star while red and white stripes flow to create the remainder of the heart. The project is constructed using the copper foil technique, but it can also be built in lead.
